Listing, Searching and Managing Orders

In order to manage your Web Hosting Orders, you need to search for them from your Control Panel with Lead Networks Domains Pvt. Ltd, and access their Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

1. Login to your Control Panel:
   
   Resellers do so from http://leadnetworks.myorderbox.com/reseller.
   Customers do so from http://leadnetworks.myorderbox.com/customer.
    
2. Once logged in to your Control Panel,
   
   Resellers, go to Products -> Search -> Web Hosting Search.
   Customers, go to Web Hosting -> List/Search.
    
3. Search for the domain name for which the Web Hosting Order has been purchased.
    
   IMPORTANT
    

   • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank and select the Order Creation Date as All after selecting the Within radio button.
      
   • Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.
      
    
4. In the next page, you would see a list of all domain names, with Web Hosting Order bought through Lead Networks Domains Pvt. Ltd. Click any of the domain names to reach its Order Details view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.
    
5. Clicking the Manage Web Hosting link will open up the Web Hosting Management interface.
